- Q. How to register for a CHIWAWA ASIA Online Account?
Simply look for the “Login” button (top-right corner), click on “Register here” and it’ll bring you to the Sign-Up page. Fill in your details accordingly and click “Continue”.
- Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box. Click Submit. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
- Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account. Click on “Account Maintenance” Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
- Q. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select the product(s) you'd like to purchase and add them to cart and click “Buy Now”. Then fill in your delivery details if you've never shopped with us before, select your shipping option and proceed to checkout. Upload receipt after payment done.
- Q. What shipping options does CHIWAWA ASIA offer?
We do offer several shipping options such as courier, home delivery and store pick up services.
- Q. How do I select the shipping option for my product?
All shipping options will show during checkout.
- Q. I bought the items and is there any hidden charges for the delivery fees?
Delivery fees will be calculated based on volumetric and weight. All the fees will be shown on checkout page. There’re no hidden charges.
- Q. When will I receive my order?
Home Delivery: All delivery will take from 2 to 7 working days, unless stipulated otherwise.
Store Pickup: Working hour 9am to 6.30pm (Monday to Saturday) You'll be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Q. Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent upon completed payment.
- Q. I have ordered and completed payment. What should I do next?
Your order will be processed and you will be notified with a tracking number when your order is being delivered should you opt for delivery. For store pick up option, just wait for a notification from our side that informs you when your order is ready for pick up.
- Q. I am unable to add my selected item to my cart, why is this happening?
If your chosen item has disappeared from your shopping cart, it is most probably because it has run out of stock. Please refresh your page after 30 minutes for the stock to be updated. If the product still shows "in-stock" but you couldn't purchase it. Please contact our customer service for further verification.
- Q. How do I track my order status?
You can track your order by clicking into the "Order ID" in “My Account” page. Your tracking number and order delivery detail will be displayed in the page.
- Q. Why have I not received my items?
Tracking code will be sent to your email if the parcel is out for delivery, you may trace the status from the given courier link. If you didn't receive or couldn't get the status, kindly contact us via WhatsApp so we can assist you.
- Q. For which reasons can I return an item?
Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered. Missing Part: There are missing items or parts inside the packaging. Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt. Defective: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.
